Agent Charles May and Agent XoXo are called to Paris and meet with Monsieur le Capitaine at the Louvre Pyramid. He sends them to Mexico to bring in one of the most influential Mexican Drug Lords. The operation Helios is a joint communication project with the CIA and an old friend of Charles and Emilie. Mister M brought together the most unlikely parties and worked out a mutual agreement with them. Now the two French Agents only have to bring in the Drug Lord successfully.
