By using Heart2Heart Chat and entering Sovereign Nation Territory I agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS of Heart2Heart Chat and take full responsibility for the well-being of myself and other users of Heart2Heart Chat.
I am aware that I can apply for Heart2Heart Chat access only ONE time.
I am aware that all payments made are non-refundable.
I am aware that harmful behavior exposing Heart2Heart Chat, other users and myself to potential damage leads to immediate removal from Heart2Heart Chat and criminal charges if deemed appropriately. 
I am aware that I have to be at least 19 years of age.
I confirm under penalty of perjury that I am not a citizen of any internationally sanctioned territory, that I am not involved in any armed conflict, that I do not support violence by any means and that I use Heart2Heart Chat and the services of Heart2Heart Chat only for myself and that I am not acting on behalf of someone else.
