Dear Compassionists,

As some of you have already heard, I am in the process of putting together a healthcare roll-up, particularly on senior living, but will also include other health care assets! Our banner name will be TRUEHN HEALTH, which we own through a mentee Compassionist, Lavinia Bulescu. Our ultimate exit will depend on the market conditions, which would possibly include – private equity, a strategic sale, or a public exit.

This will not happen overnight, but my objective is to get it completed this year – though there are no guarantees, implied or otherwise, it will be completed. And as I have preached it will be subject to market conditions!

If you are interested in participating in this roll-up, let me know. Lavinia Bulescu will be the lead, but I will be the initial potential chairman!

However, do not waste our time! Only reach out if you are serious and prepared to execute. Ergo, we will require current financials, etc, as part of the initial screening process. First your interest, next our financials – plus whatever the investment bank requires!

I anticipate rolling up at least 1 billion in top line revenue, through my direct and indirect entities that are Heartcore Castle Seminar trained. And as I have said countless times – 99% of the Compassionism successes I have never met!

My team is already in preliminary discussion with investments banks, accountants and lawyers. All assets considered will be valued on the same basis – no exceptions!

Needless to say – most of you that have labored, in some cases years, will use this as all your birthdays coming at once - lol! Or to put it in a form you understand – don’t look a gift horse in the mouth!
